Donation Acknowledgment & Order Confirmation

When you make a donation in recognition of the Biologically Resonant Harmonizer (“BRH Healing Device”), you will receive an automated confirmation email at the address provided at checkout. This confirms that your donation has been received by Second Earth Foundation Ministries and that your BRH Healing Device will be prepared for shipment.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information provided during the donation and fulfillment process is kept confidential and is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill shipping or legal obligations.

Spiritual Membership & Support

By receiving the BRH Healing Device, you are welcomed as a spiritual member of Second Earth Foundation Ministries. Membership includes:

  • Use of the BRH Healing Device as a sacred tool within our spiritual practice.

  • Inclusion in our community’s teachings, newsletters, and guidance.

  • Occasional email communications with insights, support, and updates.

The BRH Healing Device is not sold as a commercial product, but offered as a sacred instrument to community members in recognition of their contributions. Donations directly support the mission and outreach of Second Earth Foundation Ministries.

Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours, unless otherwise noted.

  • Pre-order or out-of-stock items may have extended shipping times, which will be clearly communicated.

  • Tracking information will be emailed within 24 hours of shipment.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

Warranty & Support

  • BRH Healing Devices are warrantied against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery.

  • Within the warranty period, we will guide you through troubleshooting. If repair is needed, the device may be returned at your expense for service.

  • After 30 days, we may still offer repair guidance or services for a modest fee.

Testimonial Video Contributions

In gratitude for your contribution to our community, we invite you to share your experiences with the BRH Healing Device through three testimonial videos. In recognition of your effort and openness, you will receive a donation acknowledgment gift once all three videos are received.

  1. Video 1: Within 5 days of receipt — record immediately after your first session.

  2. Video 2: Within 5 days after Video 1 — reflect on your experience and note changes.

  3. Video 3: Within 20 days after Video 2 (and within 30 days of receipt) — share deeper insights and lasting effects.

  • Please submit all videos in the same email thread to: 2secondearth2brh@gmail.com.

  • Your acknowledgment gift will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your third video.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • All donations are final.

  • We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges.

  • Please review your donation carefully before submitting.

Care & Proper Use

Handle the BRH Healing Device with care:

  • Do not pull on wires or sit on the device.

  • Do not use near moisture or water.

  • If a speaker stops working, check for loose connections.

  • You may attempt simple repairs yourself or request service (shipping/fees apply).

Assumption of Risk & Hold Harmless Agreement

By accepting and using the BRH Healing Device, you acknowledge and agree:​

  • Assumption of Risk: Any use of an electronic or spiritual tool carries some inherent risk.

  • Hold Harmless: You release and hold harmless Second Earth Foundation Ministries, its ministers, members, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or liabilities that may arise from your use, misuse, or interpretation of the BRH Healing Device or associated teachings.

  • No Responsibility for Actions of Others: Second Earth Foundation Ministries is not responsible for any statements, actions, or behaviors of members, users, or third parties who use or speak about the BRH Healing Device.

  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and defend Second Earth Foundation Ministries against any claims arising from your use or conduct.

The BRH Healing Device is a spiritual and energetic tool. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition. By using it, you affirm:

  • You are not in acute psychiatric crisis.
