Order Confirmation:-
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email is automatically sent to the email entered when ordering. This means that Second Earth Foundation has the order in the system. Once the products ordered are ready for shipment, the item(s) will be shipped, and an automated email with a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

Shipping Time & Method:-
Orders are typically processed and shipped packed within 24 hours of receiving an order.

Order Shipment:-
An email with tracking info will be sent to the customer within 24 hours of the order being shipped. If you have not received tracking info within 2 days, please contact us at 2secondearth2brh@gmail.com  Once an order has shipped, cancellation will not be permitted. Please see “Cancellations” below for more info.

Privacy Policy:

We do not share any information you provide to any third party.

Manufacturing Defects:-

Second Earth Foundation stands by its products. Our Devices are warrantied against all manufacturer defects up to 30 days. If a manufacturing defect is found within 30 days, we will repair or replace it for you at no extra charge.

Once an order has shipped to the shipping address, Second Earth Foundation is not responsible for any “non-receivable” situations. No refund will be given on “undeliverables” orders, and extra postage and a service charge may incur to ship a replacement to another address.

Receipt of Products & Damages:-
It is very important that you thoroughly inspect the merchandise for any damages that may have occurred during transport. Contact us at 2secondearth2brh@gmail.com immediately if your package arrives damaged and send photos as proof of damage. A claim will be filed with the carrier. Once the claim with the shipper is approved, we will have a replacement shipped to you.

Defective Device:

All of our Devices are tested twice before shipment.

In the rare instance you receive a defective product, please email us at 2secondearth2brh@gmail.com with your name, order number, description of defect and photos showing the full product and close-up of the damage / defect. We will promptly assess the situation and send out a replacement, if applicable. Do this within 7 days of receipt of device.

Testimonials Video's Rebate Requirement

*Make 1st Video within 5 days of Receipt    

   Take video as you are just getting up from  the device or you will forget some details.

*Make 2nd Video within 5 days after 1st Video  

After someone has some time to think about  what happened and there journey , often more realizations about that experience are remembered   what they meant.  Also note any changes to yourself   Subject Video 2 , Include your Order Number

* Make 3rd Video within 20 days of 2nd Video and before 30 days after receipt. 

Often the effects of the  BRH are now more apparent and this follow up is important.  Send Video  Subject Video 3,  Order # 

To Qualify for the rebate you must send in  your 3 video's as  described above and ON TIME !

Last Video to be received a total of 30 days after receipt.   

 Each Video must be sent in the times described above.

You will get your rebate within 5 business days after receipt  of your Third Video.    

 

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds:

We have a strict no refunds, returns, or exchanges policy. All shipments are final.

Be sure to purchase the appropriate Device for the proper use.

Cancellations:-
All orders are final. Once an order is placed, we do not allow cancellations, refunds, or returns.

Care of Use:

Although the devices and its wiring are sturdy ,remember when using or moving the device be gentle with the wires

pulling either on the amplifier or the wires leading into the speakers.

If you are pulling on wires you could pull out or loosen the wires or cause other damage that might need to be repaired.

Do not sit on a device as you can put extra pressure on the wiring and or the speakers. This can cause damage that

will have to be repaired if a speaker stops working. If this occurs you can investigate to see if a wire has loosened from its speaker or the amplifier

You can repair that yourself or you may ship the device back to Second Earth Foundation and for a small fee we will repair it for you.

You will  be responsible for its shipping to us and from us.

Hold Harmless Agreement

This agreement is made between the User and the Provider of the sound healing device. The User agrees to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk: The User acknowledges that the use of the sound healing device may involve certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury or damage to property.

2. Hold Harmless: The User agrees to hold the Provider harmless from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) that are at any time incurred as a result of the use of the device.

3. Indemnification: If the Provider is held liable for any event which might arise out of the User’s use of the device, the User agrees to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless from any such liabilities.

4. Insurance: The User promises and warrants that it carries liability insurance with a minimum liability occurrence limit of $1,000,000.

5. Compliance with Laws: The User agrees to use the device in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
