*Use the main Track we recommend for your first hour-long session.  See this in the Users Section after entering your password.  Have someone ready to wake you after the 1 hour track completes or have an alarm set in case you fall asleep!

*Make & Email us with a link to your 1st Video within 5 days of Receipt of your Harmonizer.
     Record the video as you are just getting up from the device or you may forget some details.

*Make & Email a link to your 2nd Video within 5 days after 1st Video submission after you've had some time to think about what happened and your journey, often more realizations about your experience are remembered.  Also note any changes you've noticed, if any.

* Make & Email 3rd Video link within 15 days of 2nd Video and before 30 days after receipt of your Harmonizer.  Often the effects of the BRH are now more apparent and this follow  up is important.

To Qualify for the monetary gift for your video contribution, you must send in your 3 videos as described above within the requested time frames.

You will receive your gift of appreciation within 7-10 business days after receipt of your Third Video.  All gifts will be added back to the debit or credit card used for your initial donation.
